1. Scope

This page explains cookies and similar storage technologies used by the I/US Music Ltd website package. The current website code does not use advertising cookies, behavioural advertising, visitor analytics, tracking pixels, device fingerprinting, cross-site tracking, or data sale.

2. Current local records

ius-interface-language	Stores the selected interface language, English or Japanese. It is used only to adapt the website to the visitor’s chosen appearance and language preference. It remains until cleared.
ius-privacy-notice-version	Stores the current privacy notice version after Agree to continue is selected. It is used only to prevent unnecessary repeated display of the same notice.
ius-privacy-notice-acknowledged-at	Stores the time when the current notice was acknowledged. It is not used to identify a visitor or analyse behaviour.
ius-selected-music-slot	Stores which of the three featured releases is selected. It remains until changed or cleared.
ius-music-volume	Stores the visitor’s SoundCloud volume preference from 0 to 100. It is not an advertising or analytics identifier.
ius-editor-v4-project	Stores the editor project only when the development editor is used. It can be cleared from the editor Output tab or browser controls.

3. Legal position

The language record is used only to remember a visitor selected language. The notice records are used only after the visitor chooses Agree to continue and only to remember that choice.

These records do not activate advertising, analytics, profiling, or tracking. More detail and Leave page do not create a record.

4. Your controls

Use Cookie settings to clear the language and notice records at any time. Clearing them returns the interface to its default language choice and causes the notice to appear again.

You can also clear site data through your browser settings. If browser storage is unavailable, the site can still be used, but preferences may not persist.

5. External services

This website links to independent services. The interactive directory can load one embedded music player only after a visitor presses play for a featured release. Until play is requested, the player provider is not contacted. Once loaded, the player remains mounted during supported internal navigation and the provider may use its own cookies and similar technologies under its own policies.

6. Future changes

If I/US Music Ltd introduces a non-exempt storage technology, analytics service, advertising technology, or another material change, the website must be updated before that technology is activated. Any consent required by law must be obtained before use.

2. 現在のローカル記録

ius-interface-language	選択した表示言語である英語または日本語を保存します。訪問者が選択した表示と言語設定に合わせる目的だけで使用し、消去されるまで残ります。
ius-privacy-notice-version	「同意して続行」を選択した後、現在のプライバシー通知の版を保存します。同じ通知の不要な繰り返し表示を防ぐ目的だけで使用します。
ius-privacy-notice-acknowledged-at	現在の通知を確認した時刻を保存します。訪問者の識別や行動分析には使用しません。

3. 法的な位置付け

言語記録は、訪問者が選択した言語を記憶する目的だけで使用します。通知記録は、訪問者が「同意して続行」を選択した後、その選択を記憶する目的だけで使用します。

広告、分析、プロファイリング、追跡は有効になりません。「詳細を見る」と「ページを離れる」は記録を作成しません。

4. 管理方法

Cookie設定から、言語記録と通知記録をいつでも消去できます。消去すると、表示言語は初期選択に戻り、通知が再び表示されます。

ブラウザ設定からサイトデータを消去することもできます。ブラウザ保存領域を利用できない場合でもサイトは利用できますが、設定は保持されない場合があります。

5. 外部サービス

このウェブサイトは独立したサービスへリンクします。インタラクティブディレクトリは、訪問者が注目のリリースの再生を選択した後に限り、1つの埋め込み音楽プレーヤーを読み込みます。再生が要求されるまではプレーヤー提供事業者へ接続しません。読み込み後は、対応する内部ナビゲーション中もプレーヤーが保持され、提供事業者が独自の方針に基づいてCookieまたは類似技術を使用する場合があります。

6. 将来の変更

I/US Music Ltd が、例外に該当しない保存技術、分析サービス、広告技術、その他の重要な変更を導入する場合、その技術を有効にする前にウェブサイトを更新します。法律上必要な同意は利用前に取得します。
