FROM PERFORMANCE
TO ARRANGEMENT

IUS Drummer is built around a direct production path: capture or generate rhythmic material, shape the musical feel, arrange it into a longer drum performance, then finish it with editing, effects, routing, and host delivery.

Listen

Record a rhythm idea from MIDI or percussive audio, or start from generated source material when no live input is needed.

  • MIDI input
  • Percussive audio capture
  • Source mix start point
Analyze

The IUS Rhythm Intelligence Engine builds a Groove Profile from the captured feel, including tempo behavior, density, swing, downbeat strength and timing stability.

  • Groove Profile
  • Timing and density
  • Readiness guided controls
Generate

Create five full-kit source mixes, then build a longer drum performance from genre, feel, energy, source and transition settings.

  • Mix A to E
  • Style and energy settings
  • Fills and transitions
Arrange

Move source cards into the timeline, edit MIDI, shape groove, process effects, route sends and prepare the performance for the host or standalone output.

  • Timeline arrangement
  • Drum MIDI editor
  • Effects and routing matrix

GENERATION, CAPTURE
AND ARRANGEMENT CONTROL

DX-1 is built around the actual work of creating drums: generate source mixes, capture a groove profile, build a full track, then shape timing, MIDI, drum parts, effects, routing and soundbanks without changing tools.

01
Five Full-Kit Source Mixes
Generate five complete drum ideas with distinct musical roles: balanced, sparse, syncopated, rolling and transition focused.
02
Groove Profile Capture
Capture timing and density from live input and use the resulting profile to drive source loops or full-track generation.
03
Arrangement Builder
Create song-length drum performances from purpose, duration, genre, feel, energy, source material and transition intensity.
04
Timeline Editing
Turn source cards into a master arrangement with clip movement, trim, split, loop, snap and render controls.
05
Drum MIDI Editing
Edit lanes, velocities, quantize, copy, paste and apply groove edits to the source or arrangement.
06
Effects and Routing
Shape drum parts with effects, bus processing, send levels, pre and post routing and route enablement.

CAPTURE FEEL.
KEEP PLAYBACK RELIABLE.

IUS DX-1 combines guided groove analysis with a hybrid sound path and an open private model workflow. LAB shows model source, download progress, verification, smoke test, selected model, armed state, adapter status and runtime requirements without exposing protected internals.

IUS Rhythm Intelligence Engine
Groove Profile

TAP Brain captures routed MIDI or percussive audio, evaluates the timing profile, and unlocks generation once the required stage is ready. This gives customers a safe, guided workflow without exposing protected formulas, model architecture, training details, or research implementation.

Hybrid Engine
Samples and fallback

IUS Drum Machine can run with synthetic playback, verified sample banks or Hybrid mode. Hybrid attempts sample playback when available and falls back to synthetic sound when a bank is missing, incomplete or still being configured.

Stage Gating

Controls unlock only when the required source, capture, profile, soundbank or route is available. This reduces failed actions and invalid production states for customers using the IUS Drummer app or plug-in.

Soundbanks and Runtime Support

VERIFIED CONTENT.
CONTROLLED RUNTIME STATUS.

LAB gives customers a clear place to manage sound engines, verified banks, official downloads, local imports, optional private runtime routes, and fallback status without disclosing private assets or internal logic.

Factory Playback
IUS Factory Core Drums

The bundled factory bank gives IUS DX-1 a reliable first kit before customers add imported or approved third-party soundbanks.

Verified Libraries
Approved Downloads and Local Imports

Customers can download approved entries or import local folders, ZIP files, SFZ, DrumGizmo sources, IUS bank files and supported audio formats, then review mappings and verify install readiness.

Private Routes
Installed · Optional · Fallback Ready

Private model and runtime routes can appear in LAB as installed, installable, optional, legacy, or fallback. Customers can use routes confirmed as available while normal public workflows continue if an optional route is absent.

Commercial Use
License Aware Production

IUS Drummer should encourage users to verify third-party content before release work. Clear source, license, checksum and mapping status matter for commercial delivery.

Research Grade and Open Model Workflows

OPEN MODEL ACCESS.
COMPOSER READY RESULTS.

IUS DX-1 is one of the few drum production environments that brings customer-facing music workflow together with research-grade, open, and open-source compatible model routes. For composers, producers and sound designers, it creates a practical space to generate drum tracks, explore rhythmic ideas, and experiment with sound design inside one guided production system.

Research Grade Flexibility
Advanced Drum Generation and Experimentation

Move from fast sketching into deeper exploration. DX-1 supports structured experimentation for rhythm generation, alternate drum behavior, and sound design studies while keeping the interface understandable for working music creators.

Open Workflow
Private, Open and Open-Source Compatible Routes

LAB is designed for approved downloads, local imports, verification, selection and arming of model routes. This gives customers a professional way to work with private, open, and open-source compatible model options without losing a clear production path.

FAQ

CUSTOMER
QUESTIONS

Short answers for common purchase, setup, and production questions.

Does IUS Drummer work without a DAW?

Yes. The IUS Drummer app can run as a standalone application. In standalone mode, audio and MIDI devices are managed from SETUP.

Can I use it as a plug-in?

Yes. IUS Drummer VST3 plug-in runs inside the host DAW, where the host manages device setup, routing, transport, tempo and final bounce or export.

What are Mix A to E?

They are five complete full-kit drum source mixes. They are not separate kick, snare, hat, tom and percussion stems.

What happens if a soundbank is missing?

Hybrid mode can attempt sample playback and use synthetic fallback when a bank is unavailable or incomplete, so the workflow can continue.

Are private models required?

No. Optional private runtime routes may appear in LAB, but fallback behavior means the public workflow can continue when private routes are not installed.

Can DX-1 be used with research-grade or open model workflows?

Yes. DX-1 is designed to support guided workflows around private, research-grade, open and open-source compatible model routes through LAB. Customers can use these workflows for drum generation and sound design experiments while keeping verification, runtime visibility and production control in one place.

Can users import their own drum banks?

Yes. Customers can import supported local banks and review mappings. They should verify files and licensing before commercial release work.

Does the website expose protected technology?

No. The commercial page describes user-facing controls and workflows only, not formulas, source code, model architecture, training details, or private implementation.

What is the safest first setup?

Start in Synthetic or Hybrid mode, confirm audio output and Master Out level, generate source mixes, then add soundbanks, Brain analysis, FX, and routing after playback is reliable.

Is there a demo version?

Yes. Download the Windows or Linux Limited Trial Demo from this website, then activate the 24-hour trial inside the app with your email address and 6-digit email code. The macOS download is coming soon. No website account or password is required.

How much will the launch offer be?

The original license price is £300. The planned launch offer is £60, which is 80 percent off. PayPal checkout opens soon and will be enabled when full version purchase opens.

How will the license be delivered?

License delivery starts when full version purchase opens. PayPal checkout is currently marked Coming Soon, so customers should use the Windows or Linux trial downloads for now.
