00Founder statement

A more capable society.
Without becoming less human.

O NETWORK FOUNDER STATEMENT Initialising 000%

Founder Statement

My aim is to build a system that allows society to become more capable without becoming less human. A network that can protect more people, reduce waste, support cities, assist services, and open advanced technology to everyone, not only those who can afford it.

Its purpose is to give every person a consistent, humane intelligence layer that can help them understand technology, navigate complex systems, stay safe, and act with confidence.

I believe technology should help people live with more safety, independence, and dignity, not force them into systems they do not understand, cannot afford, or cannot control.

O is designed to give people a calm intelligence layer that can help them understand machines, use complex systems, receive local assistance, and stay protected with minimum data and maximum privacy.

O is designed to help homes, cities, hospitals, schools, emergency services, engineers, researchers, and ordinary people understand and use complex technology with less fear, less waste, and less dependence on private access or specialist knowledge.

CORE ARCHITECTURE

O architecture and authority model

The core architecture separates human-facing reasoning, local inference, policy, identity, memory, interoperability and coordination into independently testable components.

O

O is an early-stage research programme for an offline-first human-to-machine agent platform. It is intended to reduce the cognitive and technical burden of using supported digital, physical and connected systems while preserving local control, explicit authority, inspectable memory and human oversight.

O Agent

O Agent is the human-facing intelligence that coordinates natural language, local models, retrieval, memory, tools, permissions, explanations and proactive suggestions. It is an orchestration architecture, not a single language model.

O Alpha

O Alpha is the first practical software prototype of O. Its purpose is to demonstrate a coherent local interface, real local inference, inspectable memory, local document access and bounded proactive assistance before dedicated hardware or a multi-node network is attempted.

O Core

O Core is the local computational substrate used by O Agent and O Alpha for inference, retrieval, embeddings, speech, vision and time-series analysis. It provides model capability, not governance authority.

Mother O

Mother O is the main local coordination and trust core for an authorised home, laboratory, clinical zone, engineering site, educational environment or civil-protection deployment. It hosts larger local models and services, but its defining role is policy, identity, memory, node coordination and recoverable local operation.

O Protocol

O Protocol is the interoperability layer through which supported software and equipment describe what they can do, what state they expose, what authority is required and how an operation can be verified or reversed. It is intended to abstract authorised human intention across heterogeneous products without granting universal control.

COGNITION, KNOWLEDGE AND HUMAN-SYSTEM RESEARCH

Cognition, Knowledge and Human-System Research

Research concerning external cognition, local knowledge architectures, deliberate intent gating, professional judgement, privacy, security, learning, human agency and bounded forms of human-machine assistance.

Neural-Gated External Cognition: A Modular Offline Architecture for On-Demand Professional Knowledge Access

This research proposal introduces External Cognition Modules: portable, versioned, domain-specific local knowledge systems accessed through deliberate user action. It evaluates professional task performance, evidence fidelity, calibrated trust, learning, privacy, security and optional assistive intent interfaces without claiming direct memory writing or a validated neural system.

SYSTEMS AND DEVICES

Physical, operating, network and embodied systems

These records define dedicated hardware, the trusted runtime, private local networking and the EVA offline companion architecture without implying unrestricted machine authority.

O Device

O Device is the dedicated hardware form of the O platform. It may be portable, desktop, room-based or equipment-integrated, but every form is intended to provide local inference, trusted identity, explicit privacy state and reliable access to the O interface without depending on a general consumer application ecosystem.

O OS

O OS is the trusted local runtime that binds O Agent, O Core, memory, identity, capability adapters, sensor services, updates, audit and recovery into one controlled operating environment. It is a research architecture rather than a claim of a completed general-purpose operating system.

OSpace — Spatial Interaction System

OSpace is a deployable spatial interaction system that places, displays and operates OBoard in calibrated physical environments while preserving OBoard as the typing module and Holo as the current interaction reference.

O Network

O Network is the private local communications and trust domain connecting authorised people, personal sensors, Alpha Nodes, Mother O and supported equipment. Core operation does not require the public internet.

EVA — Offline and Private AI Companion Robot

EVA is a research programme for an offline, private companion robot intended for home, office, educational and supervised assistive settings. Its technical proposition is that speech, vision, memory, expressive interaction and selected movement can be processed locally so the system remains useful without continuous cloud access.

ENVIRONMENTAL ARCHITECTURE

Local sensing, site intelligence and bounded endpoints

O Site combines consent-based sensing, Alpha Nodes, personal and environmental baselines, local policy profiles and a distinct wearable alerting research endpoint.

O Site

O Site is the local area model through which Mother O and authorised Alpha Nodes represent rooms, routes, equipment, environmental ranges, activity patterns, hazards, privacy zones and sensor limitations. It is not a continuous universal observation record.

Alpha Nodes

Alpha Nodes are bounded local O endpoints placed near a person, room, equipment item, mobile team or controlled gateway. They provide the nearest trusted bridge between human or sensor input and Mother O.

Sensor System

The Sensor System converts O from a conversational interface into a context-aware local intelligence. It is intended to recognise meaningful change, combine several weak observations and offer proportionate checks while preserving privacy, consent and local control.

Policy Profiles and Information Classes

Policy Profiles define what a person, device, node or service may observe, propose or execute in a specific environment. Information Classes define how data are accessed, transferred, retained and audited.

Wearable Alerting Agent

The Wearable Alerting Agent is a personal local endpoint for ordinary guidance, environmental awareness and bounded event detection. It is distinct from Mother O: the wearable performs local sensing and first-stage analysis, while Mother O provides protected coordination, policy and larger-context processing when connected.

APPLICATION AREAS

Deployment profiles and civil-protection research

O1–O5 and Project Osiris apply the same principles of local control, evidence, bounded authority, accessibility, human review and independently testable safety claims.

O1 — Home and Everyday Access

O1 is the personal and household deployment profile for everyday assistance, supported-device interpretation, local knowledge, accessibility and routine environmental awareness. It is designed around user ownership and the lowest practical authority.

O2 — Clinical Information and Simulation Support

O2 is the deployment profile for approved clinical information, training, documentation, simulation and bounded decision support. It is not a clinical professional, diagnostic system or treatment authority.

O3 — Civil Protection and Emergency Services

O3 is the civil-protection profile for voluntary assistance, emergency communication, event-scoped evidence preservation and responder context. The complete research lineage is also preserved, including earlier concepts involving population-scale observation, predictive detention, person-directed intervention, political observation and remote motor interference, with their original purposes, proposed safeguards, evidence status, corrections and current deployment decisions recorded separately rather than deleted.

O4 — Engineering and Industry

O4 is the engineering and industrial profile for documentation, simulation, digital twins, equipment telemetry, controlled automation and test support. It is intended to improve traceability and reduce interface burden without presenting generated text as an engineering approval.

O5 — Education and Research

O5 is the education and research profile for local knowledge, scientific workflow, simulation, experiment management and controlled collaboration. It is designed to make assumptions, methods, provenance and limitations visible.

Project Osiris

Project Osiris is a modular research programme covering removable human-augmentation systems, privacy-preserving personal assistance, event-scoped evidence integrity and human-reviewed responder support. Its viable core is civilian, assistive, medical, industrial, rescue and civil-protection research.

Event, Evidence and Responder Support

This programme component coordinates a defined event, preserves relevant evidence and supplies human responders with source-labelled context. It is designed to improve information quality without creating a permanent universal dossier or allowing a model to collapse observation, judgement and response into one decision.

Governance, Rights and Assurance

Governance, Rights and Assurance is the control plane that determines whether Project O and Project Osiris functions deserve deployment. Technical capability is insufficient without lawful purpose, evidence, independent authority, correction, remedy and the ability to stop the system.

INDEPENDENT ENGINEERING

Independent engineering, augmentation and mathematical models

Independent engineering records cover physically distinct flight regimes, internally consistent energy and propulsion mathematics, and removable assistive augmentation systems.

Adaptive High-Endurance Airborne Platform

This record consolidates research on high-altitude aircraft, suborbital vehicles, boost-glide concepts, very-low-orbit spacecraft, combined-cycle propulsion and solar endurance. The primary correction is that altitude alone does not define a persistent flight regime.

Core-Drive Mathematical Model

The Core-Drive record formalises the earlier single-core engine or energy-storage hypothesis as a mathematical research model. Only the existence of the hypothesis and the priority given to its mathematics are treated as established project information; unconfirmed architecture details are not presented as founder-defined facts.

TALI — Modular Thoracic Auxiliary Limb Exosuit

TALI is the current name and developed form of the removable load-bearing platform previously presented as Osiris Vest. It defines the shared TALI-Core, Universal Thoracic Dock, power, sensing, safety and control architecture for separate auxiliary-limb modules.

TALI-H — Hand-Arm Auxiliary Module

TALI-H is the current name and developed form of the former Osiris Auxiliary Arm: a compact removable auxiliary hand-arm module for gripping, holding, bracing, stabilisation, tool use and coordinated work.

TALI-W — Flight-Directed Wing-Arm Research Module

TALI-W is a separate flight-directed mechanical wing-arm research module using staged structural, sensing, tethered and aerodynamic validation. It is not presented as an operational flying suit or certified aerospace system.

Osiris Interface and Human Factors

The Osiris interface coordinates user intention, system state, auxiliary-arm control, guidance and alerts. Near-term research prioritises external displays, audio, haptics, physical controls, gaze, voice and EMG rather than implanted interfaces.

STRATEGIC INDEPENDENT RESEARCH

SIRZ — Strategic Independent Research Zone

An independent work and research centre for high-risk, high-value scientific and engineering programmes, organised through controlled evidence, safety, ethics, security, documentation and strategic continuity.

SIRZ — Strategic Independent Research Zone

SIRZ is an independent work and research centre for high-risk, high-value scientific and engineering programmes. It provides a controlled framework for research independence, strategic continuity, evidence-based progression, safety, ethics, security and qualified collaboration.

PUBLIC POLICY AND INSTITUTIONAL DESIGN

Public Policy and Institutional Design

Applied research concerning public institutions, programme design, legal safeguards, research policy, recovery-oriented justice, economic appraisal, evaluation, accountability and public governance.

A Dual-Role Social Framework for Stability and Radical Innovation: A Proposal for an Exploratory Fellowship Pilot

This conceptual policy proposal distinguishes continuity functions from exploratory functions and operationalises the distinction as a voluntary, time-limited United Kingdom Exploratory Fellowship pilot for a proposed initial cohort of 100 fellows. It preserves ordinary law, taxation, ethical review and financial accountability while testing protected support for uncertain, long-horizon inquiry.

Justice Through Recovery: A Scientific and Legal Framework for Recovery-Oriented Sentencing and Custody in the United Kingdom

This white paper develops a scientific, legal and operational framework for recovery-oriented sentencing and custody in the United Kingdom. It distinguishes the criminal-justice systems of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland; protects public safety and victim rights; and proposes a bounded, independently evaluated pilot rather than claiming enacted law or an implemented national system.

CIVILISATIONAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH

Civilisational and Constitutional Research

Long-horizon interdisciplinary research concerning constitutional structure, human autonomy, demilitarisation, universal provisioning, ecological limits, scientific cooperation and century-scale institutional development.

Proposal for a Dual-Jurisdiction, Demilitarised and High-Abundance Global Civilisation

This century-scale interdisciplinary research framework examines planetary constitutional governance, verified demilitarisation, two proposed voluntary social jurisdictions operating within a wider constitutional framework, universal public provision, ecological limits, scientific cooperation, cancer research and termination conditions. It is a long-horizon thought experiment, not an approved global constitution or immediate implementation programme. Each proposed jurisdiction remains subject to minimum legal, safeguarding and human-rights requirements.

Official Project O

Project O is Pezhman Farhangi’s independent research programme for human-directed local intelligence, privacy-preserving infrastructure, bounded machine authority, and resilient civic systems. This emblem is the authorised mark for work published under Project O.
